We are committed to protecting the information entrusted to us through a robust information security program, aligned to recognized industry standards and designed to support confidentiality, integrity and availability across our services.

Our Trust Center has been created to support transparency and confidence by providing customers with clear, up to date information about our security controls, compliance posture and assurance materials. It serves as a central location for sharing relevant security and privacy information and supporting customer due diligence in a consistent and controlled manner.

Requesting Access to the Trust Center

To request access, please use the drop down menu in the top right corner to select the business unit relevant to the services you currently subscribe to, or are interested in. From there, you can initiate an access request by selecting any listed artifact.

You will be asked to provide basic information to support processing of your request. Once submitted, an email invitation will be issued with instructions to access the portal.

Upon initial login, you will be required to review and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Once completed, you will be granted access to view and download available Trust Center resources.

Please note: If you are a third-party auditor, consultant, contractor, or service provider acting on behalf of a customer, you must register using your own organization name and email domain, rather than the name of the customer you represent. Before access can be granted, either the customer must provide written confirmation authorizing your organization to perform the assessment, or the customer's LexisNexis® Risk Solutions account representative may submit an internal sponsorship request on your behalf. Access remains subject to review and approval.
